My top 10 favorite Dragons meme

before I get started, let me start by saying this wonderful meme was done by and I wanted to do one for dragons so I remembered his and used it. so without further adue, here we go

10: Spike (My Little Pony FiM)
I think everyone on here knows who he is, or has known him in the other incarnation back in the 80s (with Buster Bunny's voice actor Charlie Alder) Spike is just one of the most recognized dragons in the medium, and is certainly a cute one, and who could forget is cute little crush on Rarity.

9: Cassie (Dragon Tales)
asside from Kiki and Finn being my favorite from the show, I picked Cassie cause she was the other reason for the series. she's like the Fluttershy of this show (funny enough Fluttershy's voice actress came from this show, she voiced the human child Emy) and can be smart about certain things when she speaks up, which can be very difficult for her. and when she gets sad, she shrinks. daaaawwwww

8: Haku (Spirited Away)
probably the most famous dragon in anime, Haku is definatly one badass. he took on millions of paper birds (which doesnt sound very menacing XD) and almost bled to death, but thanks to her friend Chihiro (Sen at the time) he was saved from Zeneeba's spell and recovered. his design is definatly a selling point for why I like him. dragons and long bodies just seem to go well together

7: Valoo (Legend of Zelda: the Wind Waker)
known for residing on Dragon Roost Island (Duh, hes a dragon, on DRAGON roost island DOY!) Valoo is one of the three sages of Hyrule and was a big help in battling the Gohma that attacked you from below his seating quarters. One of the cool things about him is the sound he makes, kind of sends shivers down your spine. and he helped in the aid of saving Link and Tetra from Ganondorf almost towards the end by burning his base to the ground (well, the top part anyway)

6: Dragon (Jane and the Dragon)
probably one of the funniest Dragons in the media, Dragon is known for his sarcasm and playfullness. his voice actor Adrian Truss (Father in Rolie Polie Olie) definatly gives off the feeling of being very dignified while also being very childish which is whats very good about Dragon and perfectly fits with his sarcastic mood. He suffers from itching whch is caused by his dragon scales and has a strange interest in cows
Dragon: Mooooo, is natures finest sound. it starts with a mmmm, and ends with an oooooo. ah, genius.

5: Spyro
definatly one of the first main characters to be a dragon, Spyro not only is small, but can pack quite a whallop. now a lot of us game buffs know him in the old series like the first game where he saves the dragons by freeing them from a statue-like state, but most of us new fans would either know him for the legend of Spyro, or the more famous Skylanders (where they changed his design, yeck!) but no matter new style or not, Spyro will remain one of the most famous VG dragons. And a little known fact, Spyro was going to be green, but the crew thought he would blend in with the grass in the game, so it was decided to change him purple

4: Rayquaza (Pokemon)
another video game dragon, Rayquaza is one of the rare Pokemon that you catch in Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald and is the mascot for Emerald. my fav of Rayquaza has to be in the movie where he is just trying to lay the smackdown on Deoxy even after Deoxys found his lost friend. Theirs just no stopping this guy. Also, this guy has a pretty cool roar sound he makes in the movie and in Super Smash Bros Brawl

3: Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty)
the most famous dragon in all animation, Maleficent is one dangerous threat. you just have to admire the scene where prince Phillip is battling her, animated by one of the best animators of action scenes, Wolfgang (Wollie) Ritherman. and how about the scene where she gets stabbed and Bleeds. oh my goodness, blood in a Disney film. well, at least its not HYPER-REALISTIC BLOOD

2: Toothless (How to train your Dragon)
yes, yes, I imagine he is pretty cliche, but how could you deny that Toothless is one of the best dragons out their. He's cute, and fantastically animated. he may just be one of my favorite silent characters out their. I dont know why, but he reminds me of Stitch from Lilo and Stitch, probably because the two directors of the film (Chris Sanders and dean DeBlous both directed Lilo and Stitch) but never the less, one really cool, cute and powerful dragon

and my number one favorite Dragon Is...........

1: Giratina (Pokemon)
what, another Pokemon dragon, you've got to be kidding. but I kid you not, Giratina is not only my top favorite Dragon, but my favorite legendary. lets look into it. First off, he has a unique mix of types, dragon (duh) and ghost. come-on, hes a ghost dragon, whats not to like. second, he has two forms, Origin (when he is in the Distortion world or holding the Gricious Orb) and his regular form, but I prefer the Origin form, kind of reminds me of a snake, third, he played a big part in Giratina and the Sky warrior movie by battling the main villain. I even have a Care Bear Giratina that is one of my cubs. I think that alone goes to show you that Giratina is without a doubt, my favorite Dragon.
