Billy Hatcher in the Neighborhood

It would seem that the young boy in the chicken suit has just rolled his way into the Neighborhood of Make-Believe with his giant egg and got a couple of young tigers to go along for the ride.

I think I did a rather good job with Billy here, although his smile reminds me of characters created by Gary Baseman (Teachers Pet, Cranium) but all in all, it turned out ok.
